Martini Artisanal Pastry of Clavesana
Martini Pastry produces cakes, cookies and chocolats according to the recipes of grandfather Martini. Our most renowned products are the soft Amaretti we propose in different tastes including the classic recipe only almond and bitter almonds, the hazelnut or the chestnut recipe or the cappuccino flavor. We also offer an assortment of fruit Amaretti in eight flavors: apricot, peach, apple, coconut, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and banana with true fruit pulp and an other kind of Amaretti with lemon juice.
Our production includes different kinds of Cuneese chocolates, white and black truffles and many other chocolate delights.
